However, at Elements Festival, stopping isn’t part of the culture. Against the odds, the team, staff, volunteers, and even attendees came together. Yet instead of collapsing, the Elements crew worked around the clock. They rebuilt paths, adjusted access points, and kept the community informed. This resilience went beyond logistics.
